New York Ironworker Litho?

    The signature looks to be more of a date. I kind of see the letter K inside the letter D. Maybe initials? As far the printing process it appears they were trying to make it look like real watercolor paper. Your second photo you listed looks like regular printing process more than a lithograph as you can see the dots better in the second picture.

    Also I see the date 1987 then the k inside the letter d in between the date.

    Remove the matting and see if there is anymore info at the bottom

    I think this is a 1987 print too, on modern day laid-style paper.

    I find the pictures confusing. I recommend higher resolution closeups.

    Also agree with checking under the mat.
