Newbie

I have a few pieces of furniture and a tapestry that I'd like to get a handle on as to what they are and perhaps the value. Do I go in the furniture forum and simply post the pics. Thanks!

Best way to get the right eyes on your furniture is to start a thread in the Furniture Forum. Tapestry might be better in Antique Discussion or Textiles.

If the pics are on your computer, click on the "Upload a File" button below the Reply box (next to Post Reply.) Once the pic are loaded, click on the Full Image choice to embed them right in your Reply.

If you have them stored in an online pic site, like Photobucket, you can attach them by using the "sun and mountains" icon and paste the url you get from the site.

In either case, each pic is limited to 1MB of "weight" so be sure to resize before attaching them. 480X640 pixels is a good size.
