NORITAKE pattern and description help

    I have other common pattern pieces, but cannot locate any information on this piece.

    Was hoping someone could provide feedback on the pattern and description of this little bowl. I measures approximately 6” around by about 1 3/4” high.

    I’ve seen some images for nut bowls and other items with the “bird of paradise” pattern, but none like this. I know there are thousands of pieces, but was hoping someone may be able to provide some feedback. - Thanks

    for some reason I think this is a finger bowl - I have no substantive reason to think so, except a vague and fleeting memory of my Grandmother and her home..........

    That looks like a kingfisher to me. With a sunflower.
