Norwegian Spoon ? Age? Maker?

    I posted this a couple years ago on the eBay board but didn't get an ID? It is stamped BAKKE and the numbers 1823 in the retangle. Any guess on age aand maker? Thanks :)

    YES YES YES :) I looked again with a loupe and it IS 13 1/3... No NC before Bakke though...Thank you so much :)
