Featured Not antique brooch,but what am I made of?

    Hi all. I picked this up yesterday because I fell in love with the colors,but I really dont know what its made of. Its very lightweight ,but doesnt feel like plastic,if that makes sense? I just love it and I have a black t-shirt Im going to wear it with! Any input is always appreciated.P.s> Its 3 1/2 inches long.

    Took the words right out. Sheet aluminum with at least partially hand-done color.

    well seeing as how I don't know aluminum to be ' see thru '.....our answers suck !

    So....some type of polycarbonate .....

    It's fun. Maybe circa 1999-2002 (if it matters), that's when I recall seeing a lot of this aesthetic.

    Johnny...I like it! and usually it is not my sort of thing...!
    I know you say...it does not feel like plastic...but there are so many "kinds"...when I first looked...all I could think was lucite/resin..BWDIK
