Not even sure what to call this glass..

    Hi there

    Excuse the crummy photo it's all I have, but does anyone know what this may be called? I've tried alsorts of phrases in Google but no joy.

    It looks like some sort of Epergne? Flowers in the center and fruit around the outside?

    The closest I can get to that form is waterfall glass console bowl.. or rolled rim compote. Google image search thinks it's a table! Good luck!

    I thought it might be a stemmed posy bowl, but didn't have any luck.
    My first thought was Viking also no luck.
    Have not checked Rainbow,or Blenko. Do you think that is an Empoli color?

    Is the center a candle holder?

    For practial use it seems to be unstable, It might be OK with flowers, but any handling as a server, it would be tippy.
