Oak Dining Room Table w/4-Chairs

This Oak Dining Room Table w/4-Chairs has been offered to me for $100, I would appreciate any opinions if this is a good deal? Any idea what it may be worth? I live in upper mid-west part of the country (Minnesota). The condition is advertised as normal wear and tear

It is a reproduction so just used furniture at this point. Original price on this was probably in the $750-1000.00 range. Consequently, a pretty good buy. What else could you buy of this quality for that?

1980s American Oak reproduction.
Nice set.
You can't buy a new solid wood set for $100.

If buying for yourself to use - it's a great deal.
If buying for resale it might be difficult to turn.

 

Agreed. If you're grabbing it for yourself, grab away. You'd pay more than that for a single wood chair new these days. They have to give away Victorian style pieces here if it's resale; no one's buying.
