I thought clay beads but now I’m not so sure.
One pale pink looks like coral, there is one horn one in there and some look like rough glass but WDIK.
Obviously dyed but any thoughts please?
    Thanks for looking. :)

Odd! Those microscope pics are fantastic!
Red ones look like fossilised strawberries:joyful:
I first thought they were ceramic... Perhaps dyed fossilised coral?

Microscope was my Christmas present!. Hold it over bead, picture appears on iPhone and click button. Saved straight to phone :shame:. OH got fed up with me swearing trying to get decent photos. Wasn't expensive either.

Sorry, I can't help you with the beads.. but could you pretty pretty please give me some details about the microscope ? I'm getting tired of begging my daughter help me read the small jewelry marks..;)

I've got this one but I'm sure there are others out there. I found the stand pretty useless as sometimes it can be a micro mm between in focus and out. I just use it hand held. It's still a little tricky to focus it sometimes but I'm getting the hang of it. Other drawback is the LEDs reflect if you are looking at something shiny like a bead but a light source is a necessity or you'd be in the dark.

For marks you also need a 30/40x loupe v cheap from eBay or Amazon. You do get what you pay for with those and the cheap ones don't always maintain clarity like an expensive one would but as I'm always dropping and losing them I get the cheap ones!.
My favourite type below. You can probably get them even cheaper than this if you shop around.

Thank you so very much !:)
I had a good magnifying glass (the watchmakers type), but I too lost it somewhere around the house.. still hoping to show up one day (along with a bunch of socks & other stuff););)

    Glad to help.
Somewhere in my house are umpteen pairs of glasses and loupes. Or there is a thieving fairy with bad eyesight.....

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Thanks for showing which magnifiers you are using, @KSW . Wish I could help with your beads, but have no idea.
