Featured Odd earring No3! Cut steel?

    I'm going to stick my neck out and say I think this is earlier than the other earrings I've posted?. The cut steel? bits all swivel slightly. It's telling me it's old...stars and moons.....Victorian?...or am I way off:hilarious:
    Around 2inches long.

    Yes, cut steel. The cut steel part looks darker than the rest, I wonder if someone took a cut steel part and made the earrings.

    The ear wire definitely isn't original. I couldn't say if these were originally earrings or a piece of something else.

    Ear wire is newer. I suspect that was a pendant.

    I have a Victorian era watch chain with a similar pierced design to the center link in the three-link section. I wouldn't be surprised if those three links are from a broken watch chain and the cut steel part was added.
