Odd lamp...has anyone seen one like this?

We got this odd lamp recently and Im not sure what it is. I have looked all over online and haven't been able to find anything like it. Does anyone know what it is?

Would call it a Tiffany style lantern. Don't think it has too much age and Tiffany never really made anything quite like this.
