Featured Oil on canvas

Hi all , drug in yet another " find " I hope yall can help me with . I googled " c. rice " but no luck finding a match . I tried to capture the glow it has in pics , I just love it . Doesn't he look peaceful ? Its 16x20 ,thanks in advance for any input .

 

Very nice! Memorable. Would be great in a rural, rustic setting, especially near a body of water.
You know, Crice is an actual first name. Unusual, though. And I couldn't find any artists with that first name.

 

Yeah , I tried that too Gila . No luck so far .My camera sucks , its really a good painting , you can see the sun through his hat and the background has a lovely sunset/sunrise (?) glow to it .

Oh its staying with me , I rarely sell stuff . I just have to rotate my art now , since I have tons in the closets !
