    Hey Guys!

I was clearing out my mums house as she recently passed away. And came across this gun. Its heavy and has 44 magnum on the side thats about all i can tell you. Also it seems that the chamber the bullets would go in are blocked as is the barrel i have taken close up pictures of these. Wandered if anyone could tell me any more.

    Thanks

    Ben

Looks like a prop gun. Doesn't appear to be made of steel.

Would explain the sealed barrel etc. But it is very heavy.

    That's a famous Smith & Wesson model 29 in 44 Magnum.
The round badge on the handle seems wrong.....
The grooves on the chamber look too long...
The red front sight is missing...
& it was not made to be fired...

So, I think Terry is right !
