I just looked through most of the Chinese marks on there and didn't find any exact or even "almost" matches. I think this is mimicking Chinese decoration but maybe made somewhere else - Vietnam perhaps? Just a guess. The glaze and finish look newer to me - probably very recent (last 50 years) is my guess. Again - just my guess - I'm just an amateur who hasn't been doing this very long. Good luck!
