    The form, the color of the clay, and the brown line decoration, are in the style of Esteban Valdez pottery, from the state of Guanajuato, Mexico.

    A search for "Esteban Valdez Pottery Guanajuato Mexico" will show examples. Here's a page with three of his bowls, one depicts a lion, another has that looping line pattern:
