Old German book with a comic drawing made by ?

Own this older German book for a long time with a handmade drawing on the inside . I think myself that there's a similarity in the drawings by George Grosz .

So any idea's it could be made by him in 1928 or maybe a other artist ? Thanks

Cartoon depicts a ventriloquist performing, look for German one using a male dummy ca. 1928 who had a young relative named Marie. Simple!

OP has a point about the stools being quite similar. I didn't see hair like the dummy's in the other cartoons but didn't dwell on it long.

 

It's difficult the get a bigger print off this specific picture where the hairs are easy to see . Will have a longer look tonight on the net for it
