OLD METAL(?) BUDDHA - PART OF SOMETHING ELSE?

    Found this at a thrift store yesterday. It's made of metal(?) - right?
    Measures 8" T x 6" W x 3.25"
    It looks like cement or something similar was poured into the head area.
    Any idea if it was part of something else?
    Age?
    If metal?
