Old painting or not

    Hi all picked this up today. Enlarged with my phone couldn't find any dots and there are highlighted areas of colour the white and in the hair. Took it out of a standard frame and it has been mounted on old particle board. Can't make out signature which looks to be in pencil at bottom. Starts with m not sure in rest.     I remember it too, it is a print.
    This one still has the colours. I don't know who the original is by.
