Featured Old Plate German? English?

    Plate is stamped and signed. I think the stamp says Saxon, I cannot get a good picture. Using cinnamon on the mark doesn't help. The foot looks foreign.

    The mark doesn't look Brit. Other than that.....!

    Where is the unreadable stamp that might say Saxon?
