    Hi deb

    just picked the closest enamel colour i could find to the original job, came out alot darker though !

    It might even need a final touch up layer and some of the gold dots need to be cleaned up as well by the close up pics

    Hi mate, a tiny little 14ml can of revell enamel paint, only cost about £2.50, with half can left

    Okay thanks. Was recently trying to restore a teapot spout. Had a big nick in it. I filled it with some milliput which worked great apart from the colour. I couldn't get anything to key to it. I will give revell a bash.

    It did a bit, but your enameling technique is flawless. I wouldn't have thought it was your first project. Happy plate.:happy:
