    Hi everyone,

When I saw this cat reading "Staffordshire Cat" I didnt expect this mark. As a rule the vast majority of figures are unmarked.

On first glance it looked like a messed up Sitzendorf mark. But it clearly isn't. Not sure who it is by though.

I've looked through D. G. Rices 'English Porcelain Animals' and no luck.

Actually the crown is almost identical to the Sitzendorf with peaked tops rather than rounded. This might give weight to it being from Dresden also.
