Old Porcelain mark (triangle and a Y)

    My guess is early Victorian but that is only a guess. Its the mark I haven't seen. I'd live to learn what it is if anybody knows?

    It's a decorator's mark for piecework payment.

    Sorry for the late reply. Thanks so much for bringing this up. It hadn't even crossed my mind. This will help a lot when I'm completely stumped for some of these more simple geometric marks.

    There's some makers marks as well which are a bit cryptic to say the least. ;) I can see why they confuse.
