This set is unmarked. Any idea on maker?

What it isn't, is Wedgwood. I suspect Adams or Dudson.

The separator between the figural work on the two jars is a Dudson design, if you search for 'Dudson gloss jasperware' you will see it in use on some of their other pieces. As there aren't any marks the set likely pre dates 1890.
