Old Snap On Tool - What is this?

    I have this old Snap on Tool and would like to know what this is called and what year this is from?

    Over here it would be a ring spanner, in the US I suppose a ring wrench

    Hammerhead offset fixed socket wrench. Probably 1930's-40's

    I'm no expert...but I would put it in the teens through the 30's. Sweet early tool...Thanks!
