Old tribal mask

    I bought this recently, an old tribal mask, i have problem to identify the origine, And the meaning of writing on the seal.
    Anyone can help please.

    The facial features look Asian, and the stamp looks like Chinese export stamps I have seen that are put on objects when they are approved for export. I have not been able to find a close comparison, though.
