    Hi Everyone,

Hope someone can tell us if this mark is Chinese or Japanese - also the company that made it. Think it is forced crackling so probably not old, old. Not sure which end of the orange inkstamped mark is right side up.

    Any help is much appreciated.

Hi, the vase is Japanese, Kutani, 2nd half of the 20th c IMO. I think the black outlines of the flowers are printed, not hand drawn. The mark is a generic Kutani mark (九谷), so it indicates just the origin and no specific maker is given.
