Any idea of the markings on the bottom? Is that some kind of Arabic language?
    Thanks

Looks like traces of a shield shaped backstamp poorly applied.

I have never seen these marks but my gut reaction is European or Russian or ??

What do the stoppers look like at the bottom? Do they have a dauber?

The stoppers are made of heavy white pot metal, kind of crude. Seems like it says 'crest' ? on the bottom.
