Origin of this Porcelain Crane Figurine?

Hello, does anyone recognize the mark or style of this figurine? Thanks!

 

the numbering very much looks like its from Asia, look at the marks with numbers shown here:

the stuff referred to on the site as "Arnart" are somewhat cheaper asian products that arrived in late 20th cent. I hesitate to call them fakes but they fetch much lower prices.
