    It's some kid with a bead loom, hippie work, or East African. I'm not expert enough to know which. The string looks like something an African might use, but ... dunno.

    I'm with Dawnno, this is Ukrainian beadwork. Not made on a loom, btw. It is a beading technique where you literally get your wires (threads) crossed.:playful:
