Gotheborg says Guangdong Qi Chang, Canton Porcelain Factory, mid 20th century or later.

Guang Dong Ci Chang --- "ci"(瓷) for "ciqi" (瓷器) meaning porcelain, or "Guang Dong's Porcelain Factory." Fairly recent; yes, mid 20th century or later sounds right, but they are still producing these en masse. Common find in Canton (Guang Dong) and Macao, HK, etc.
