    The bangle is from India. The Hotei pendant most probably Chinese.

    Bone, heavily lacquered/plasticized. No need to piece real ivory that way (as visible on the interior of the first bangle, and the exterior of the 2nd.)

    Ivory....
    U can admire it
    U can wear it
    U can sell it at a boot sale, yard sale , church sale, estate sale.
    u can sell it to an antique store
    U can donate it to a charity
    U can gift it to a friend
    U can use it to identify other Ivory from bone ( as Kyra sez )

    See, lots o' fun stuff you can do with Ivory !!
