P.A.L.T Czecho-Slovakia mark

Does anyone know anything about the history of this china mark and painter?

 

The P.A.L.T. mark was used by Porzellanfabrik Adolf Laufer, a porcelain factory in business in Turn-Teplitz, Bohemia (now Trnovany, Czech Republic). The factory was in business from 1919 to about 1938.

The signature is a hobbyist who bought the blank and could have painted it at any time from 1919 to the present. Generally, on hobbyist painted porcelain, the maker of the blank doesn't matter.
