PABLO ESCOBAR NAUTICAL PAINTING?

    I bought this off a friend who found it while emptying a house. my first thought when I saw the signature was Pablo Escobar!
    But then my girlfriend said it looked like a R, not a E, to her...
    Can anyone tell me the artist of this (I believe) watercolor?

    Just to be certain, you may want to do a swab for cocaine residue :cool:.

    In terms of the artwork, the artist was adept at using watercolor.

    Is it a painting?
