    What do you reckon on this one? It was filthy, now I've cleaned it, I suspect the setting is gold.

    It's solid, but I've had other old brooches which were similar. Belt and braces!

    The undulating bezel tells me the cameo is natural shell, not something artificial. She's a style that was popular in the 1920s & 30s.
