    hi folks

2 painted pieces i picked up rom our local charity shop today

i'm guessing the parrots are some kind of amateur painted blank, but quite striking

    measures 7 by 8 inch

haven't heard of the pottery company before, but doesn't look like any of their ware

i'm guess the little one is italian, with a deruta look. signed T.T on the back. Unsure of age

    any thoughts or info appreciated

The parrots are very well done but I agree with you that they are painted on blanks. The second looks like it might be Italian Majolica.

Yes I saw them and was going to post the link but then I remembered that links don't work here. Chinese with european letters on the back. Oosh :woot:They had the same mark as the ones I posted and one looked very similar to yours.

Raphaelesque design. I think in Italian it's spelled with 2 fs.

one way around it is just to select or highlight the last part starting with the http as above, left click (or double click) then paste and go to option

Thanks Chas-Still not reading the instructions correctly (i'm a tech idiot). Can someone perhaps spell that out in a manner a 5 yr old would understand,as in-'Step 1' 'Step 2'...? Thanks

no worries mate, once the link is open and your on that blank page

go to the web address bar at the top of the page which reads:

    https://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?campid=5337485078&toolid=10001&mpre=https://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-...&mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/144911920912

then just highlight the end part the:

    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/144911920912

and just paste that part into the same web address bar (making sure none of the old link is still there)

    then hit return
