Painting- Lake Garda

At first glance it looks completely amateur. But then I also think the bushes/trees in the foreground looks more accomplished or skilled (Or am I completely wrong?) Overall from a distance it makes a pretty picture with the lively colours used. It’s 34 x 39cm. Any thoughts or comments? Thank you
