    The first looks Japanese to me. I would guess 1960s.

    Maybe pre-WWII on the second - 1920/30. With the paint looses and cracking, just not worth it.

    You have to bear in mind that there are thousands of people producing art of this quality. It's the most common grade of painting you will find. I admit that these can have their charm, but best to wait for ones that are at least in very good condition.
