    I find it kind of interesting but I am not finding any artist by the name of Lough to match the style. It is done on Bainbridge board N80. I see it is still sold but not sure how back it goes.

    I know I'm not answering your question but I get the vibe from that AHA song "Take On Me" from the 80s.

    Could be commercial art. Part of a graphic layout. Lots of commercial artists out there. Talented people, but unknown to the public.

    I was thinking Blues Brothers almost. That's a commercial/professional grade board, so illustrator art is likely.

    Its the Blues Brothers for sure. Well,Dan Akroyd and John Belushi,but they aren't dressed like the Blues brothers characters .

    I'm not seeing the Blues Brothers. The one character is Belushi-ish, but not Belushi. I see no resemblance to Ackroyd in the other.

    It is definitely Belushi and Ackroyd, just not particularly well done.
