PAIR OF SMALL DUTCH PAINTING XIXth century or Reproduction...????

Hi to all of you...!!!
Here are the photos of this small pair of Mignature Paintings.
find them interesting for 20 Euros asking price.
They represent scenes of Seaside or Windmill Paysages....Not signed...But not yet sure they are original.
Frame is approx 12cm x 12CM Wood..??
Behind ,there is brass round coating which is approx 6cm diam.
Part of the back is this old french paper to cover the paintings...??? Dont know on what has been painted or printed those two images...
What do you think...????
Not a big investment if I buy...As long they are original.

Based on what I can see, they do seem to be real paintings. However, really impossible to tell with certainty just from these photos. One thing in their favor to being real is that prints tend to be of better quality paintings than these. These have a decorative, somewhat naive appearance to them. Not sure anyone would bother to make prints of them. My feeling is that these are late 19th or early 20th century.

 

To my eye, they appear to be 20th century decorative pieces. One clue is the sketchiness of the painting. (Genuine period miniatures would have been done with greater detail.) Many similar were produced. Here's another example (identified by the French dealer as 20th century) for comparison. Much more finely done. It too has a period backing to imply age.

Thanks...Yes I agree;..Quite naive...20 euros should be a good deal I think if real mignature paintings.
