    Hi Folks.
Picked this paperweight up and it is signed but have no idea what or who it says it is. Figured I would come here to all the super sleuths for an answer.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.
    Kevin.

The part I can read says TOSO (name) and Murano.

    ______ TOSO
    Murano ______

    But I could be wrong.

It doesn't look like it but the first line MAY be Barovier Toso

All Barovier & Toso paperweights I see on eBay have a paper label, no signature. I'll keep looking

I was able to find a picture of a paperweight with the same exact flower cane used for the whole paperweight. When I went to the site (Allans Paperweights)it must have already sold so I was unable to get a description of it.

I would not go by that..a flower cane is very common to many makers..

BTW--there were more than one Tosso !

The picture canes are popular with French and Italian makers...but I truly am leaning toward Italian and vintage.
I have seen the rooster, flower and butterfly among others a lot..the fish one more unique...

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

Hi @Kevin Meade, did you see that you can email Allan Port? from that website?? You can ask him about the signature and see what he thinks.......I copied it if you want to try......aport@paperweights.com
If he's the same guy that bought a paperweight I had, he's quite nice and very informative!! You coming up with that site just triggered his name in my memory bank!!!!! Might be worth a try anyway!!

I sent an email to Allan with a couple pictures attached. Hopefully he will remember the maker or the signature.
