Featured Passau, Germany Watercolor?

    Looking to ID this if possible. I'm not versed in art by any means, so whatever you guys can tell me would be much appreciated!

    Hm. I see the R in the monogram sig, but the first letter looks a lot more like a C than an N.

    I did.....that's what I thought was the paper texture.....and yes, very patterned....but looked very....what....grooved or 3D???? Backed away, the paper looks almost 'blurry'......like in the second image.....

    another joke of history. the Bruckmann family were one of the first to support Hitler aleready at the beginning of the 1920s...
