In desperation - I have to give up.

I don’t want to believe this handsome piece is junk

    Anyone recognize this one?

Stands 8” tall and about 6” by 1.5”

Looks like a rather crudely carved eagle - with a bad back and a tiny head.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

I wonder if something is missing? Looks like a groove across the top that could have slid into something. And I agree that looks like it could be an eagle but that doesn't look like a full head to me. No beak or eyes, even rudimentary.

I was just joking on the tiny head. ;)

Does it function as a shelf?

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

Maybe a modernistic piece OR someone's interpretation thereof????????????
