    Is there a maker's or purity mark on the piece? Guess would be sometime in the last 50 years.

    Could have been made by hobbyist/student/artisan.There are hundreds of videos online and since covid many people have looked for hobbies. Link to one video section,simple projects to Alan Revere's book projects for more advanced projects.
