Perfume atomiser - help please

Bohemian/ Czech? Modern? It’s 13cm tall to top of spray nozzle. No marks. Nozzle screws off - looks like was painted to appear brass but worn to a metal finish. Could it be 1930s or recent?     I would put this in the mid-1920s & is Bohemian. The hardware would have been a brass plated finish. It is unlikely you will ever be able to pin down the actual maker.
