Featured Perfume Jewelry?

    hi all, I'm pretty sure this is for perfume, the top screws off and there's a dauber stick.. never seen one like this.. is there a name for these? any ideas on age? no markings approx 1.5 inches

    Is/was it a working watch as well? Or is whole piece meant to look like a mantle clock without actually functioning? You know if you want the full going over we're going to need more pix. :)

    Meanwhile, while I sat typing, INH nails it again. Terrible idea for a bracelet though. I can see having some fragrant mishaps with it.
