I'll guess the wee spoons are for individual salts; the 2 larger ones beneath them at probably European egg spoons. The trio to the right has a teaspoon, and they are pretty nicely done. The pair at the bottom may have had a knife at one time, but no longer. The second pic is just rotated 90 deg.

    Thanks for lookin'!

MOP utensils are most often for caviar. Have you thought about that?

Naw...my first caviar was less than 40 years ago. Ate it on little crouton-sized bread bits at a wedding...that marriage failed within a year. As I recall, serving utensils were stainless steel. Ho Hum.

    Pretty fishy, eh?

On the other hand, there's an alcoholic beverage called a Yucca...after the plant variety.

Anyone interested in the simple and inviting recipe for said adult summertime beverage should PM me. I'm not the originator, but have been an enthusiastic practitioner for 30 plus years. To enjoy this elixir, please be accepting of Tequila, and Lemons.

isn’t there lots of spit involved or am I thinking of a different concoction?

neat little utensils. I’ve never seen any like those before.

    No spit necessary, nor desired!
There...that ought to reassure dozens of squeamish folks, eh?
    EDITED: spit for expectorate. Duh...

    Lol!
Ok so while I wasn’t right, I wasn’t super wrong. I was thinking of Chicha which can be made by chewing the yucca plant and then spitting it into a container to ferment. To get a good amount of it a lot of people have to chew and spit.

Glad you are onto something else. Sounds pretty gnarly.
