Pewter Marks

    Hi,
    Trying to figure out who made this plate (9"W) - this is in rough shape. Has the initials GSE in a triangle form which according to a site on-line means these are the initials of the owner. Maybe the design above the initials is the maker mark?
    Any information appreicated
