Photo album original packing - what decade?

    Hi, just picked this up at value village. It's very beautiful but couldn't find it online. Was just wondering what year it's from approximately.

    I'm guessing 1970s.
    It is good looking, but please don't put any photos in it.

    Hi,
    These were big in the 1960s. I have ruined many a photograph and clipping by placing them in those books. DO NOT USE IT. The "stickiness" will bleed through
    paper in a few years.

    A few months back, I spent DAYS at my Mom's house in FL, removing old photos from albums like this one. What a royal pain!

    Even when the "clear/peel-able" part of a page was no longer sticking, the photos remained virtually glued to the backing. Whether it was bad color film or some sort of chemical reaction with the page materials, the photos themselves were all faded, discolored and/or stained.

    Never again!
