    This photo depicts one of longest practicing governing traditions in UK.
    In the picture:

    Sir Percy Vincent drove in his coach through the streets of Molden, Surrey in order to present the Royal Charter of incorporation to the new borough of Malden and Coombe.
    Photo was taken on 23.09.1936.
