Playing deck

    Hello!
    I ask for help with dating (at least roughly) this deck of cards.
    Manufactured by Vereinigte Altenburger und Stralsunder Spielkarten-Fabriken A-G., 32 cards
    But have not tax stamp on the Ace of Hearts

    from 1946 onwards to 1991. the pre-war company was split up into a comniss part in Thüringen as a VEB; therefore Altenburg-Thür..
    probably a Skat deck.
