Hi my daughter (10) inherited this item from her great gran. She was asked to pick a couple items, this being 1 of them. She would love to know a little more, there is no marks at all. Looks hand painted but unsure. Thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome to the board.
We will need a clear picture of the item and one of the bottom.

From what I can see possibly German or maybe Japan. Again need to see the bottom.

Thank you for quick response. Hope these pictures a little better. The bottom is hollow. Thanks Craig Turner

Because of the painted detail, could be German or Bohemian. First third of the 20th c, I reckon.

Thank you for reply, not as old as I thought it was. I presumed as no marks might of been older. Thanks

No offence taken, maybe title was picked to add a little humour and get some views. Lol
